ROTOR CLIP COMPANY, INC announces the asset purchase of Truarc LLC, also known as Waldes Truarc.

According to Rotor Clip, these assets include all patents, copyrights, registered trademarks (including the Industrial Retaining Ring (IRR) and Anderton United brand names and logos), as well as all machinery and quality documentation. The purchase also includes all original Waldes Truarc and Industrial Retaining Ring tooling.

With Rotor Clip’s new acquisition, they look forward to serving more of the world’s marketplace with same commitment to quality they have shown over the past fifty years.

Rotor Clip will be able to meet the anticipated volume increase from its manufacturing facility in Somerset, NJ, although Rotor Clip did not purchase Truarc’s finished goods inventory and is not responsible for any pending orders or paperwork/certification for any orders previously shipped by Truarc.
