Rotor Clip Announces Purchase of Waldes Truarc Assets

ROTOR CLIP COMPANY, INC announces the asset purchase of Truarc LLC, also known as Waldes Truarc.

According to Rotor Clip, these assets include all patents, copyrights, registered trademarks (including the Industrial Retaining Ring (IRR) and Anderton United brand names and logos), as well as all machinery and quality documentation. The purchase also includes all original Waldes Truarc and Industrial Retaining Ring tooling.

With Rotor Clip's new acquisition, they look forward to serving more of the world's marketplace with same commitment to quality they have shown over the past fifty years.

Rotor Clip will be able to meet the anticipated volume increase from its manufacturing facility in Somerset, NJ, although Rotor Clip did not purchase Truarc's finished goods inventory and is not responsible for any pending orders or paperwork/certification for any orders previously shipped by Truarc.

DRIV-LOK InStock program

DRIV-LOK, Inc., the U.S. manufacturer of Grooved, Knurled, Slotted, Coiled and Barb-Lok TM pins, plus Solid and Split Hollow Dowels has introduced a new program.

DRIV-LOK InStock is designed to make it easier and quicker for customers to get their products. Prospect Fastener Corporation has been appointed Factory Authorized Master Distributor for the DRIV-LOK InStock program. Prospect Fastener will be warehousing DRIV-LOK pins in various materials and finishes in both inch and metric sizes. InStock pins in the program will be shipped within 24 hours, accommodating the "just-in-time" needs of today's manufacturing.

Prospect Fastener Adds Sales Organization

Prospect Fastener Corporation is pleased to announce the addition of Lee S. Johnson Associates as their sales representatives in New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, New York and northern Virginia. Johnson Associates has been in business since 1984 and has three representatives traveling the areas covered plus an inside sales/ office manager. Lee S. Johnson Jr. is President , Steve Gilmor and Jay Hoch are the" two outside account managers and Fran Newlin and Erica Green are the inside contacts. The Johnson family has been in the fastener industry since 1920. Lee S. Johnson Jr. began his career as an outside salesman in 1991 and has been the President since 1998. Prospect Fastener Adds Two Sales Organizations

Prospect Fastener Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of an outstanding sales organization to provide additional service to its customers. Assembly Products & Sales brings a wealth of expertise in the fastener industry. The three principals, Doug Ralston, Mary Chambers and Mike Best have combined for over 40 years in the fastener industry. All are very active with the Southwestern Fastener Association as officers and board members. Assembly Products & Sales will cover Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana. Stocking New KMC Cushioned Clamp Series

KMC has introduced their new COL series of cushioned clamps, available in hot-dipped galvanized, chemically treated G-90 steel, and Type 304 stainless steel, for added corrosion resistance. KMC has built superior quality and strength into the COL series, using a heavier gage of material than the competition.
